MIU ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.Purchases can be returned for online store credit ONLY or be exchanged for any item within 7 days. Please reach us at support@miuusa.com. We will follow up with the next steps within 48 hours. We strictly enforce this and will not make any exceptions. We will not issue any refunds back to the original method of payment. Once an order is placed with us, we are unable to cancel it for any reason. If you need it expedited or edited in any way please reach out to us via email and we can help you with that! . Shipping will not be refunded, you are responsible for shipping the return to us. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, tags have to be intact and attached.Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing tags is NOT eligible for a return.
